Words of Self: Exercise as a lifestyle

Exercise should be a necessity. Whether its stretching daily, walking everywhere you go, never taking the elevator and choosing the stairs or working out at the gym.


Being active will improve your health greatly. It reduces stress, cure physical injuries, add years to your life, etc. The list goes on!!

Exercise not only will make you feel better about how healthy you will began to feel, but you will have a better outlook on life.

Just remember don't over do it, be careful, and enjoy an active life!

Words of Self: Enjoy Life

Have you ever heard the words Carpe Diem?

Well, I first heard it watching Ferris Bueller's Day Off. He was saying that one must  "sieze the day" and enjoy life before it pasts them by. And I agree!

From this day forth, I ask you the enjoy life to the fullest.

You may want to make a "Bucket List." Write down everything you would like to do or things that sounds exciting and you havent done yet. And start from there. If you cannot think of anything, visit http://www.bucketlist.org There are many free things to do as well. You might find it at Time Out online magazine.
