Well researching some DIY cosmetic recipes, I stumbled across this video (below). Though I already knew about some of the product backgrounds, I was taught some more.
I had no idea about using the lemon in shampoo helps eliminate dandruff, i didn't know that you had to grind oats before applying it to the face, and i didn't know the backing soda in shampoo breaks down product buildup.
Other remedies included the use of sugar as a scrub, oil as a moisturizer, and milk in a foot bath
